Day 2 — Great Yarmouth, United Kingdom
A historic Norfolk seaside town: sandy beaches, a lively promenade, and Victorian coastal charm. Once a herring port, still a working harbour with easy reach of the Broads.
Day 3 — Newcastle-upon-Tyne, United Kingdom
A riverside city of Roman origins and shipbuilding heritage, where medieval streets sit beside the modern quays and the Tyne bridges.
Day 4 — Berwick-upon-Tweed, United Kingdom
England's northernmost town, shaped by centuries of border history. Walk the Elizabethan walls and look across the Tweed toward Scotland.
Day 5 — Aberdeen, Scotland
The Granite City between mountains and the North Sea. Silver-grey stone, a working harbour, and the jump-off for castles and Highland country inland.
Day 6 — Lerwick, Shetland Islands
The most northerly town in the British Isles. A sandstone waterfront, Norse heritage under a Scottish sky, then back on board to cross toward Norway.
Day 7 — Nordfjordeid, Norway
First fjord morning: mountains meeting deep water. Viking history is close at hand here, including a historic longship replica in a town on one of Norway's longest fjords.
Day 8 — Geiranger, Norway
UNESCO Geirangerfjord: sheer cliffs, emerald water, cascading falls, and a small village at the head of the fjord. This is the signature Norwegian day of the voyage.
Day 9 — Måløy, Norway
A working coastal town on Vågsøy, under cliffs, with beaches and a long maritime story. Last full evening on the yacht.
Day 10 — Bergen, Norway
Disembark in a World Heritage harbour city. Bryggen's wooden warehouses, the fish market, and seven mountains around the fjord. Michael can add hotel nights or onward travel from here.
